Long John Silver is a beautiful half Peruvian silver gray herdsire with good density, fineness, and high frequency crimp. He has excelled in the show ring and has started his career as herdsire. He is a 7 TIME BLUE RIBBON WINNER and a RESERVE CHAMPION. He has the amazing fleece qualities and outstanding conformation with large bone structure you look for in a herdsire as well as a macho presence yet easy to handle personality. Silver shows himself in the show ring. A true winner!

Silver comes from champion bloodlines. His sire is My Peruvian Ndume(stud fee $2500), owned by Seldom Scene Farm, and is a sire of champions. Silver's half-sister is SSF Peruvian High Hopes who sold at the 2004 National auction for $72,000 and went on to win her class and reserve champion. Silver is sure to produce champion gray offspring of his own.

Silver has settled his first females and we look forward to his offspring in 2009.
