SAFA membership is available to anyone who owns less than 20 alpacas, however membership is limited to only 4 farms per state. Farms who purchase alpacas from a SAFA member may also apply for membership regardless of the number of alpacas they own. Such membership may be renewed only if said farm has less than 20 alpacas. 

$50 per year membership runs from January - December.
